Wykrój is a term in Polish that refers to a sewing pattern or cutting pattern used to transfer shapes onto fabric for garment construction or other textile projects. It consists of a set of pattern pieces that guide where to cut fabric and how the pieces are assembled. A wykrój can be created by drafting from measurements, draping fabric on a dress form, or adapting an existing pattern. Patterns may be drawn on paper or used in digital form and printed for cutting.

Pattern pieces are typically labeled with names such as przód (front), tył (back), and rękaw (sleeve), and include indicators like grain lines, seam allowances, notches, darts, pleats, and hems. Notches and other markings help align pieces during sewing; seam allowances indicate how much fabric to join. Modern wykrójs may include multiple sizes or be divided into size ranges, and sizes can be graded for a range of fits.

In garment production, pattern making includes two main approaches: drafting individual patterns from measurements and creating pattern blocks (bazowy wykrój) that can be graded to different sizes. Pattern adjustment and fitting, often via muslin or toile, refine the fit before cutting the final fabric. In addition to clothing, wykrójs are used in home sewing, crafts, and upholstery, though the term remains most closely associated with clothing patterns in Polish usage.
