Valideriminosadeks is a concept within traditional Turkish architectural designs. It is a decorative element used to adorn the interior of Ottoman-era mosques and other Islamic buildings of the time. The term "Valide" refers to the title given to the mother of the Ottoman sultan, while "Rimi" is an archaic term for "decorative element", "Nosa" might be derived from "nosasai", a Persian word for " immediate shade" and "Deks" can be related to drawing, case, stand or profiling.

Valideriminosadeks was often used to create illusions of larger interior spaces through the use of plaster vaulting, combined with the use of different shapes, patterns, and materials. The main purpose of valideriminosadeks is believed to be to add to the aesthetic appeal of a building, rather than to provide structural support.

It typically took the form of intricate, elongated arches and molding patterns that rise to the interior dome of a mosque, producing the appearance of surrounding farther space. Valideriminosadeks is characterized by delicate craftsmanship and specific patterns imprinted in the plaster, typically on terracotta or akhad beams, that kept vivid vibrance. They frequently covered relatively flat ceilings to smuggle Islamic geometric patterns.
