Ottomanera is a fictional ethnographic term used in speculative fiction and worldbuilding to describe a cosmopolitan imperial polity inspired by the late Ottoman world. It is not a real historical people, but a narrative device to explore empire, diversity, and modernization.

In most renderings, the Ottomanera inhabit a transregional realm spanning parts of Southeast Europe, Anatolia, the Levant, and the Balkans. Its populations vary by work, but commonly include Turkish, Armenian, Greek, Arab, and Balkan Muslim and Christian communities linked by trade and shared institutions.
