Tushunilmaydi is an Uzbek phrase meaning it is not understood or it is incomprehensible. It is used to indicate that information, text, instructions, or speech cannot be understood, either due to ambiguity, complexity, or unclear presentation. The form is built from the verb tushunmoq (to understand) with a passive/impersonal construction, combined with the negation maydi, placing the statement in the present tense.
