Tarnekokkulepete is the Estonian term for delivery agreements, i.e., contracts that govern the delivery of goods from seller to buyer. The word combines tarne (delivery) with kokkulepe (agreement); tarnekokkulepete is the genitive plural form used when referring to multiple such agreements. In English, the term roughly corresponds to "delivery agreements" or "delivery contracts."

Such agreements typically specify the subject matter (goods), quantity and price, the delivery timetable and place, and responsibilities for packaging, labeling, and documentation.
