Sukcesj is a term encountered in some Polish-language discussions to denote a model or concept of cumulative success across successive stages within a system. It appears as a neologism formed from sukces (success) with a suffix that conveys an abstract process or state. There is no universally accepted definition, and usage varies by author and discipline.

In theoretical and analytical contexts, sukcesj is used as a heuristic for examining sequential outcomes where each achieved milestone can influence the likelihood or value of subsequent stages. It is also used as a narrative device in speculative writing to map a character’s series of achievements or to frame evaluations of careers, projects, or technologies over time.

In management, economics, and game studies, scholars often treat sukcesj as a metaphor rather than a rigorously defined construct.
