A stjerneskrutrekker, or star screwdriver, is a hand tool with a tip shaped to fit screws that have a star-shaped recess. The most common form is the Torx drive, a six-point star profile that provides a large contact area between the driver and the screw.

The design allows higher torque transfer and reduces cam-out compared with traditional Phillips or flat-head screws. Torx bits come in standard and security variants; the latter includes a central pin that prevents plain Torx bits from engaging the screw, providing tamper resistance.

Stjerneskrutrekkere are widely used in automotive manufacturing, consumer electronics, furniture, and hardware. They come in various sizes, labeled with a "T" number (for example T6, T8, T10, up to larger sizes). Small devices, computers, and electronics typically use smaller sizes, while automotive and appliance applications use larger sizes. A typical toolkit often includes a range of sizes and sometimes sets with interchangeable handles and magnetic tips.

Historically, the Torx drive was developed by Camcar in the 1960s and quickly adopted for its robustness and reliability in production settings. Today, the term stjerneskrutrekker is used in several Nordic languages to refer to any screwdriver intended for star-shaped drives, though in practice many people specifically mean Torx.
