Key responsibilities encompass defining and meeting service-level objectives (SLOs) and, where applicable, service-level agreements (SLAs), maintaining runbooks for incident response, conducting post-incident reviews, and pursuing continuous improvement. ServiceTeams monitor reliability, performance, security, and cost, and coordinate with other services and teams as needed to deliver a cohesive user experience.
