Riveröiviin is a river in the northern region of Nordmark, a fictional land. It rises in the High Fells near the locality of Ljökfjell, fed by snowmelt and springs. From there the river flows generally southeast for about 78 kilometers, draining a watershed of roughly 1,200 square kilometers before reaching the Gulf of Sula. The name is believed to derive from a local Finnic language, often translated as 'mist river' in reference to seasonal fog in the valleys.
