This can involve conjunctions such as ja (and), tai (or), or phrases that create a balanced, symmetrical structure. Rinnastuminen can also appear in constructions with ellipsis, where a shared element is omitted because it is understood from the context, yet the remaining parts still form a parallel frame. The pattern can involve verbs, nouns, adjectives, or entire clauses, and it is often used to achieve clarity, rhythm, or emphasis.
