Pístupnost is a term used in several Central European languages to denote accessibility—the ease with which people can access, use, or obtain something. It covers physical spaces, digital systems, and information, with a focus on removing barriers for people with disabilities, the elderly, or others with limited mobility or resources. In architecture and urban planning, pístupnost encompasses features such as ramps, lifts, wide doors, accessible restrooms, clear signage, and navigable layouts that support mobility, orientation, and independence.
