Pistosajan is a genus of flowering plants in the family Euphorbiaceae. The genus consists of two species that are endemic to the forest regions of South East Asia, specifically in Malaysia and Borneo. These plants are part of the euphorbioid clade, which also includes other flowering plants that are adapted to life in tropical environments.

Pistosajan plants are characterized by their unique leaf morphology, which is often described as epistomatic or half-impass.
