pakaralihas
Pakaralihas refers to the gluteal muscles, a group of three muscles that form the prominence of the buttock. These muscles are the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus. The gluteus maximus is the largest and most superficial of the three, playing a significant role in extending the hip and rotating the thigh outwards. The gluteus medius and minimus are located deeper and are crucial for abducting the hip (moving the leg away from the body) and stabilizing the pelvis during walking and standing.
These muscles originate from the pelvis and attach to the femur (thigh bone). Their function is vital
