nTichka
nTichka, also known as Tizi n'Tichka, is a high mountain pass in the High Atlas of Morocco that links Marrakech with Ouarzazate via the N8 road. Located in the central Atlas Mountains, the pass sits at about 2,260 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest paved passes in North Africa. The route has long served as a key corridor between northern Morocco and the southern deserts, with settlements such as Telouet and the fortified village of Aït Benhaddou lying to the south along or near historic caravan routes.
