Multiorganic is an adjective used to describe something that involves or affects multiple organs or organ systems. It is not a widely standardized term in medical or scientific literature and is often encountered as a descriptive neologism rather than a formal label.

In medicine and toxicology, multiorganic effects or multiorganic toxicity refer to damage or dysfunction across more than one organ, typically liver, kidney, heart, lungs, or brain. Multiorganic involvement is common in systemic illnesses such as sepsis, shock, or exposure to certain toxins, and diagnosis relies on clinical assessment supplemented by laboratory tests and imaging that span several organ systems.
