lausetelts
The lausetelts, also known as the common bedbug (*Cimex lectularius*), is a small, flat, oval-shaped insect that feeds exclusively on the blood of humans and animals. These pests are a global problem, found in various environments worldwide, including homes, hotels, hospitals, and public transportation. Despite their name, they are not closely related to true bugs (Heteroptera) but belong to the order Hemiptera, suborder Cimicomorpha.
Lausetelts are typically reddish-brown in color, measuring about 4 to 5 millimeters in length when fully grown.
Infestations occur when lausetelts hitchhike on luggage, clothing, or furniture. They thrive in warm, humid environments
While lausetelts are not known to transmit diseases to humans, their bites can lead to psychological distress
