Karroseria is a term derived from the Italian word "carrozzeria," which translates to "coachwork" or "bodywork." In automotive contexts, it specifically refers to the exterior shell of a vehicle. This includes all the visible panels, doors, fenders, hood, trunk, and roof. The karroseria is responsible for the vehicle's aesthetics, its aerodynamic properties, and, crucially, its structural integrity and passenger safety.
