Cancers within the middle or inner ear might present with hearing loss, persistent ear pain, ringing in the ear (tinnitus), dizziness, or discharge from the ear.

Treatment approaches depend on the stage and type of cancer and may include surgery to remove the tumor, radiation therapy, or chemotherapy.
