Joukkueet is Finnish for teams. The term refers to groups of people organized to pursue a common goal, most commonly in competitive sports but also in business, education, and other collective activities. In Finnish usage, the plural form joukkueet is used to talk about several teams at once.

In sports contexts, a joukkue typically comprises players arranged by position, a coach who leads training and tactical planning, a manager or team director who handles administration and scheduling, and support staff such as medical personnel, fitness coaches, and analysts. Rosters are governed by league rules, and teams may have restrictions on substitutions, transfers, and eligibility during competitions.
