Inkluzivita, a term used in Czech and Slovak, is commonly translated as inclusivity. It denotes the principle and practice of ensuring the participation, belonging, and equal access of all people to social, educational, economic, and cultural opportunities. It aims to remove barriers, challenge discrimination, and empower individuals to contribute to society, rather than merely tolerating differences.

The concept has roots in civil rights movements, disability rights, and education reform, and it is supported by international frameworks such as the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and global education agendas. In organizational contexts, inkluzivita is often linked to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, accessibility standards, and universal design.

Key domains include education, where inclusive education integrates learners of diverse abilities and backgrounds; the workplace, where inclusive cultures foster fair recruitment, retention, and accommodations; and public life, where accessible infrastructure, digital accessibility, and language access enable participation for all.
