infrapunisensori
Infrapunisensori, often referred to as infrared presence sensors or passive infrared (PIR) sensors, are electronic devices that detect infrared radiation. This radiation is emitted by all objects with a temperature above absolute zero, including living beings. The sensor itself is typically a thermopile or pyroelectric sensor that measures changes in the amount of infrared radiation falling on it. When an object moves into the sensor's field of view, it causes a change in the amount of infrared radiation detected, which the sensor then converts into an electrical signal.
These sensors are commonly used in security systems to detect intruders, as well as in automatic lighting
