In Tanzania, Huduma refers to a comprehensive citizen service delivery platform launched in 2013. The initiative seeks to streamline government services by providing a single point of access for citizens to obtain identification documents, pay taxes, access social services, and perform other administrative tasks. The platform integrates multiple agencies, reducing bureaucracy and improving efficiency.
