Guiarlo is a small municipality located in the southeastern part of the Italian region of Liguria, within the administrative boundaries of the Province of Savona. It covers an area of approximately 12.3 square kilometres and sits at an elevation of 240 metres above sea level. The commune is situated roughly 15 kilometres west of the city of Savona and about 55 kilometres south of the regional capital, Genoa.
