greenF

greenF is an open-source software ecosystem designed to enable energy-efficient computing across devices and data centers. It provides a runtime, profiling tools, and APIs intended to help developers create workloads and applications that minimize energy consumption while maintaining performance. The project originated from the GreenTech Alliance in 2019 as a research initiative to explore practical energy optimizations for software. greenF comprises a compact runtime, an energy profiler, a policy engine, and a set of language bindings.
