Entrism is a political strategy where members of a political party or organization join another organization with the intent of influencing its policies and direction from within. The goal of entrism is to gradually shift the parent organization's ideology or agenda towards that of the entrism group. This tactic is often employed by smaller political factions seeking to gain influence or power in larger, more established parties. Entrists typically operate covertly, concealing their true allegiances and motivations from the wider membership of the host organization.
