Endoskopicky refers to a medical procedure performed using an endoscope. An endoscope is a long, flexible tube with a camera and light attached to its end. This instrument allows medical professionals to visualize the inside of the body's organs and cavities without the need for major surgery. The procedure is typically minimally invasive.

The endoscope is inserted into the body, either through a natural opening such as the mouth, anus, or nose, or through a small incision made in the skin. Once inside, the camera transmits images to a monitor, enabling the doctor to examine the internal structures. Various types of endoscopies exist, named after the body part they examine, such as gastroscopy for the stomach, colonoscopy for the colon, and bronchoscopy for the airways.

Endoskopicky procedures are used for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Diagnostically, they can identify abnormalities like inflammation, ulcers, tumors, or bleeding. Therapeutically, endoscopes can be used to remove polyps, take tissue samples for biopsy, stop bleeding, or widen narrowed passages. Patients may receive sedation or anesthesia during the procedure to ensure comfort and minimize any discomfort. Recovery time is generally short, and patients can often resume their normal activities relatively quickly after the examination.
