Ekach is a small community located in the Central Province of Tanzania. It lies at an altitude of approximately 1,200 metres above sea level, within the bounds of Mweka District. The settlement is situated near the foothills of the Southern Rungwe Range and is accessible via a network of unpaved roads that connect it to the regional capital, Iringa.
