Dataforvaltningskomité, literally “data management committee,” is a governing body responsible for the oversight of data management and governance within an organization or public sector entity. Its remit covers the creation and enforcement of the organization’s data governance framework, including data quality, data architecture, metadata management, data security, privacy, and compliance with applicable laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
