Boneregulating is the set of biological processes and regulatory pathways that govern bone remodeling, mineral homeostasis, and skeletal adaptation. The term is used to describe how bone formation and resorption are coordinated to maintain bone strength and respond to mechanical and metabolic demands.

Central to boneregulating are osteoclasts that resorb bone and osteoblasts that form it, with osteocytes acting as sensors.
