Attelabids are a family of beetles commonly known as leaf-rolling weevils or just rollers. They belong to the superfamily Curculionoidea, which is characterized by their prominent snouts. This process involves cutting a slit in a leaf, then rolling it into a cigar or cone shape, and finally depositing a single egg inside before sealing it.
