Anatomisista is a term that may appear as a misspelling or neologism referring to an anatomist. In proper Italian the word is anatomista, while in English the corresponding term is anatomist. An anatomist is a scientist who studies the structure of living organisms, from whole-body organization down to tissues, cells, and subcellular components.

Education and training typically involve university study in biology, medicine, or related fields. Many anatomists pursue medical degrees or science degrees, followed by specialized courses in anatomy, histology, embryology, and related disciplines.
