agilitylinjer
Agilitylinjer, often translated as agility lines or speed lines, are a training tool used primarily in dog agility sports. They consist of a series of spaced upright poles, typically five to eight, through which a dog navigates in a serpentine pattern. The purpose of agilitylinjer is to train a dog to move efficiently and quickly through a tight course, developing their body awareness, coordination, and speed.
Proper execution requires the dog to weave in and out of the poles without knocking them over.
