Adverbiä is a constructed language designed to explore adverbial expression and typology of adverbs. It is not a natural language and has no native speakers; instead, it exists primarily in linguistic demonstrations, conlang communities, and scholarly exercises aimed at illustrating adverbial variation.

Phonology and writing: Adverbiä uses a Latin-based alphabet with five vowel phonemes and a compact set of consonants. Stress typically falls on the penultimate syllable. The phonology is designed to be approachable for learners whose first languages use Latin scripts.

Morphology and grammar: Adverbiä features a flexible word order that allows adverbs to appear in initial, medial, or final position. Adverbs are formed through two main avenues: a derivational suffix -ä attached to adjectives to create manner adverbs, and separate particles that mark degree, time, and frequency near the verb. Adjectives do not inflect for case, number, or gender in attributive position.

Semantics and syntax: Adverbial modification interacts with aspect and mood in predictable ways, and the language emphasizes clear marking of how an action is performed rather than when it occurs. The system is intentionally modular, enabling the construction of short descriptive phrases as well as longer adverbial sequences.
