Administrimi is the Albanian term for administration or governance, referring to the process by which people and organizations plan, organize, lead, and control resources to achieve objectives. It covers both public administration, which involves policy making, service delivery, and regulation within the state, and private administration, which spans corporate management, operations, and governance in firms and non-profit organizations. The concept also appears in discussions of digital administration and e-governance as governments adopt technology to improve processes.

Core functions commonly cited in administrative theory are planning (setting goals and determining actions), organizing (allocating resources and designing structures), directing (leading people and coordinating activities), and controlling (measuring performance and enforcing standards). Principles guiding administrimi include legality, accountability, transparency, efficiency, effectiveness, equity, and integrity.
