Zuigervullers
Zuigervullers, often translated as "piston fillers" or "plunger fillers," are a type of fountain pen filling mechanism. This system utilizes a piston and a cylinder integrated within the pen's barrel to draw ink into the reservoir. When the user twists a knob, typically located at the end of the barrel, a piston inside moves downwards, creating a vacuum. This vacuum then draws ink from an ink bottle through the nib and into the pen's internal ink chamber.
To refill the pen, the user immerses the nib in ink, then operates the filling knob. The
Zuigervullers are known for their relatively large ink capacity compared to other filling methods like cartridge
