ZOffsets
ZOffsets refers to a setting commonly found in 3D printing and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. It represents an adjustment to the Z-axis height during the printing or machining process. Essentially, it allows the user to fine-tune the vertical position of the toolpath or the first layer.
In 3D printing, ZOffsets are primarily used to correct for minor inaccuracies in the printer's bed leveling
In CAM software, ZOffsets can be used to control the depth of cut or the clearance plane
