Ysera

Ysera, the Dreamer, is one of the five original Greater Dragons of Azeroth, known as the Aspects. She presides over the Emerald Dream, a verdant parallel plane of existence that mirrors the mortal world and serves as a representation of nature's primordial state. Ysera's domain is intrinsically linked to the well-being of all life on Azeroth, and her visions, though often cryptic, offer glimpses into potential futures and the currents of the world's soul.

During the War of the Ancients, Ysera was instrumental in the defense of Azeroth against the Burning Legion. Along with the other Aspects, she was empowered by the Titans to protect the world. Her connection to the Emerald Dream made her a potent force, able to influence the natural world and guide its growth and healing. However, this deep connection also made her vulnerable.

Later, Ysera fell prey to the Nightmare, a corrupting force that twisted the Emerald Dream and its inhabitants, including herself. As the corrupted Dreamer, she became a formidable antagonist, her actions driven by the insidious influence of the Nightmare. Eventually, she was freed from this corruption, but the ordeal left a profound mark.

In the aftermath of the Nightmare's defeat, Ysera made a final sacrifice, expending her life force to empower the Green Dragonflight and mend the damage done to the Emerald Dream. Her spirit now resides within the Dream, forever watching over the nascent life of Azeroth and offering guidance to those who can perceive her presence.
