The Young Presidents' Organization, commonly known as YPO, is a global leadership community of young chief executives. Membership is limited to chief executives and senior leaders of organizations who are under 45 years of age at the time of joining. YPO's mission is to educate and inspire its members to become better leaders and better people. The organization was founded in 1950 by Raymond Lincoln of New York City.
