YPO

YPO, formerly known as the Young Presidents' Organization, is a global leadership community of young chief executives. Founded in 1950 by Raymond McCoy, YPO brings together leaders from various industries and backgrounds who are under 45 years of age and hold significant leadership positions within their companies. The organization focuses on personal and professional growth, offering members opportunities to learn from each other through educational programs, networking events, and forums.

Membership in YPO is by invitation only and is limited to chief executives who meet specific criteria related to company size, revenue, and age. YPO's mission is to create better leaders through lifelong learning and idea exchange. Members participate in chapter meetings, regional and international conferences, and specialized learning events. These activities are designed to foster a supportive environment where members can share challenges, discuss business strategies, and explore personal development topics.
