Volymbyggande is a Swedish term that translates to "volume building" in English. It is primarily used in the context of fitness and bodybuilding, referring to a training and dietary approach aimed at increasing muscle mass. The core principle of volume building involves performing a high number of repetitions and sets over a prolonged period, typically several weeks or months, to stimulate muscle hypertrophy.
