Vertiports
Vertiports are purpose-built facilities designed to support the takeoff, landing, and servicing of vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, including electric VTOL (eVTOL) platforms. They function as nodes in urban air mobility networks, typically featuring landing pads or platforms, passenger terminals or concourses, security and check-in, baggage handling, and facilities for ground transportation connection. Many vertiports also provide energy supply for aircraft, such as battery charging or swap stations, along with maintenance spaces and airside access control.
