Valgusfooriga is an Estonian term that translates to "with traffic lights" or "traffic-lighted" in English. It refers to the presence or use of traffic lights to control the flow of vehicles and pedestrians at intersections or other points of road congestion. The term is commonly used in everyday conversation and official contexts when discussing road infrastructure, traffic management, or the operation of public spaces.

The implementation of traffic lights, or valgusfooriga, aims to improve road safety by assigning right-of-way to different streams of traffic in a sequential manner, thereby reducing the likelihood of collisions.
