Vaktest

Common components include cognitive ability tasks relevant to technical work (such as mathematical reasoning or mechanical reasoning), motor or manual dexterity tasks, spatial and perceptual skills, domain-specific knowledge, and scenarios that probe problem solving and safety awareness.

Administration and scoring: Most vaktests are standardized and administered in controlled settings or online. Scoring may use norm-referenced percentiles, criterion-based benchmarks, or competency scales. Results are typically interpreted by vocational counselors or human resources professionals and used alongside interviews, academic records, and references.

Validity and limitations: The reliability and validity of vaktests vary by instrument and context. Fairness considerations include language, culture, and access.
