Våpeninstruktører, or weapon instructors, are specialists responsible for training personnel in the safe, effective, and lawful use of firearms and other weapons. Their primary duties include designing and delivering instructional curricula, evaluating trainees' proficiency, maintaining weapons inventories, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal statutes.
