Utrikesministrar

Utrikesministrar is the plural form of utrikesminister, the cabinet minister who heads a country’s foreign ministry and directs foreign policy. The term is used in Swedish to refer to the officials responsible for a nation’s international relations, and in a broader sense utrikesministrar denotes the holders of the foreign affairs office in different countries or at different times.

The primary responsibilities of utrikesministrar include representing the state in diplomacy, negotiating international agreements and treaties, and formulating and implementing foreign policy.
