Userfind1 is a cross-platform software utility designed to locate, verify, and correlate user accounts across distributed computing environments. It enables IT administrators to map identities among on-premises directories, cloud directories, and application services, supporting tasks such as access governance, onboarding, and audit readiness.

The project originated in the mid-2010s in response to growing multi-source identity challenges and was developed by TechForge Labs. It was released as an open-source utility and later expanded into a modular platform with enterprise editions.

Key features include cross-domain user discovery, support for LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, and REST-based APIs, and an auditable change log. It can perform scheduled scans, generate user profiles, and produce reconciliation reports to help align permissions with policy.

Technically, Userfind1 follows a client-server model with optional agent components. It supports pluggable connectors, uses encryption for data in transit, and provides a JSON-based API for integration with identity and access management (IAM) systems.
