Urapoluistas are adherents of a cultural and civic identity centered on Urapolu, a city in the fictional Veridia region. The movement emerged in the late 19th century among merchants, teachers, and artisans who gathered to promote education, mutual aid, and local customs. The term Urapoluista is formed from the place name Urapolu with the suffix -ista, signaling belonging to a tradition or school of thought.

They draw on communal values rather than sectarian doctrine. Core principles include cooperative economics, respect for elders, and stewardship of the surrounding countryside.
