UVPulslaser
UVPulslaser is a class of pulsed ultraviolet laser systems that emit short light pulses within the ultraviolet spectrum. Typical outputs lie roughly between 200 and 400 nanometers. They are generated by solid-state, diode-pumped, or gas laser sources with frequency conversion stages or direct UV diodes. Pulse durations span from tens of femtoseconds up to a few nanoseconds, and repetition rates range from single-shot to several tens of kilohertz. Output energy and beam quality are highly design dependent.
Most systems achieve UV emission by frequency conversion of infrared or visible pump light. Common approaches
