UNIZIK

UNIZIK, officially Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, commonly referred to by its acronym UNIZIK, is a public university located in Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. It is named in honor of Nnamdi Azikiwe, a central figure in Nigeria’s independence and the country’s first president. The institution originated as Anambra State University and has since evolved into a comprehensive degree-granting university serving a broad range of academic disciplines.
