UNIAACL
UNIAACL, officially the United Nations International Alliance for Climate and Agriculture Leadership, is a non‑governmental organization established in 2012 to promote sustainable agriculture practices that mitigate climate change impacts. The alliance was founded by a coalition of climate scientists, agronomists, and policy experts who identified a need for a global platform that integrates climate science with agricultural development objectives. Initially headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, UNIAACL quickly expanded its regional desks to include offices in Washington, D.C., Brussels, and Jakarta as membership grew.
